What happens
Access is disabled immediately. Identity data is pseudonymised when it is no longer needed for safety incidents, legal obligations or the organisation’s approved audit-retention period. Safety and audit records are not silently deleted where retention is required.
Include with your request
Provide the email address used for the service and the name of your employing organisation. Do not include alarm details or health information in an ordinary email.
